To take wedding pictures at the Fisherman's Bastion in Budapest is often tricky. It is well visited by tourists and the orientation of this venue is not perfect picture wisely. I mean it is perfect for photos but for photographers like me who uses ambient light it is not perfect. The sun sets right behind the hill so the whole structure is in the shade starting from 1.00 pm.
I figured, however, how to make magnificent pictures there. There is only a little downside of it apart from all the advantages. We need to wake up early. That is a big thing, I know, but look at the pictures we can make.
Brigi, the bride asked me to make some pictures on stairs since she had a dress with an amazingly long tail. Fisherman's Bastion is superb for these shots. It is true but I made Brigi sure she would not like the stairs pictures the most rather other ones. The ones I used my magic lens which I use absolutely rarely.
